Ensuring the gas-tightness of the chambers.
To maintain a given air composition, it is necessary to provide gas isolation in the chambers, this is achieved by treating the walls and ceiling of the chamber with special gas-tight materials manufactured by Holland, produced specifically for fruit storage.


1. A special gas-tight mastic, when applied in a liquid state, forms a continuous layer, after drying of which a rubber-like gas-tight coating is formed, which ensures the gas-tightness of the chamber in the fruit storage. The composition includes: styrene-acrylic polymer, chlorinated rubber, titanium dioxide, barium sulfate, alcohol, water. Creates a gas-tight layer on the treated areas. soluble in water, safe for the environment and people. The mastic consumption rate is from 2 to 2.2 kg/m3.
2. A special material adhesive Primer is required for the primary treatment of walls, used to prepare the surface for applying mastic on the surface of the walls and ceiling of the chambers. This adhesive has priming properties and provides reliable fixation of a continuous layer of mastic on the walls. Adhesive soluble in water, safe for the environment and people. The composition includes: chlorinate rubber, chlorinate paraffin, titanium dioxide, alcohol and aromatic solvent. The consumption rate of this adhesive is from 100 to 150 g/m3.
3. A special synthetic Fleece material based on polyester is used before applying the mastic to ensure the integrity of the mastic layer when it dries.
Processing joints and applying gas-tight materials is carried out using special equipment and only by trained personnel.
