The Color/Weight/Diameter sorter Cup is specially designed to sort easily damaged fruits such as apples, pears, peaches, avocados, mangoes, kiwis and vegetables like sweet peppers and tomatoes. The machine has a high capacity and is available in various models with 2 to 12 sorting lines and a maximum of 48 exits. The Cup sorter is equipped with the unique CS color measuring system and has a central sorting computer. This makes the Cup sorter the ideal centerpiece for a sorting system.

Aweta has developed a machine for round fruits and vegetables: Pentacup. This machine has been specially designed for low volume manufacturers. It doesn't take up much space and is easy to use. Pentacup is a combination of complex separator and sorter. The machine consists of a frame with a standard length of 11.9 m, which fits perfectly into the body of a truck or container. It is easy to install and even easier to maintain.

The dual-purpose machine is mounted on a single frame using one conveyor. The machine can pack at high speed thanks to the double packing bar. The speed of the machine is continuously adjustable between 2.500 and 9.500 products/hour by means of an adjustable motor. The machine has been designed to seal each cucumber in shrink film, which ensures uniform shrinkage of the film on each individual cucumber and quality wrapping to preserve the product. The machine includes a shrink chamber with a unique head design that automatically shifts to one side of the machine if the machine stops for any reason. Thus, the cucumbers on the conveyor are protected from overheating.

The TRS rose machine has been specially designed for sorting by length and quality. This machine is universal for all types of roses, both small and large. The TRS has an integrated sorting section and stations for forming bouquets. This sorting creates a uniform attractive bouquet that satisfies all the needs of the market. A quality finished product leaves its manufacturer. The machine is equipped with a central computer that controls the process of sorting and forming bouquets at all stages. All moving parts of the mechanism are protected and closed as much as possible. In addition, the machine runs very quietly. The standard version of the TRS handles up to 9,500 roses per hour and can be adjusted to stem lengths from 300mm to 1150mm. If necessary, the machine can be rebuilt from one type of roses to another in the process.

After the bouquets of roses are tied and cut to the desired length, they are transferred with a special gripper to the table for the accumulation of bouquets. Then the bouquets are manually placed on a conveyor belt, along which they are sent to the packaging machine. She wraps the bouquets in plastic wrap one by one. The next operation is to move the bouquets along the second conveyor belt, from which they are installed in containers with water. The machine ensures that the bouquet is tightly fitted with a plastic film and its uniform location in each bouquet. Such unified packaging raises the quality of the finished product at no additional cost.
