Aweta TRS Rose sorting machine.

The TRS rose machine has been specially designed for sorting by length and quality. This machine is universal for all types of roses, both small and large. The TRS has an integrated sorting section and stations for forming bouquets. This sorting creates a uniform attractive bouquet that satisfies all the needs of the market. A quality finished product leaves its manufacturer. The machine is equipped with a central computer that controls the process of sorting and forming bouquets at all stages. All moving parts of the mechanism are protected and closed as much as possible. In addition, the machine runs very quietly. The standard version of the TRS handles up to 9,500 roses per hour and can be adjusted to stem lengths from 300mm to 1150mm. If necessary, the machine can be rebuilt from one type of roses to another in the process.

Central computer
TRS is equipped with a central computer that controls the machine, registers all sorting information and coordinates all systems from the moment of calibration to the moment of tying the bouquet with elastic band. This computer is Aweta's own design, designed specifically for TRS based on the day-to-day practical experience of rose growers. The computer registers all the information of each working day. The computer can be easily connected to a regular PC or corporate computer for direct data access.
Sorted by length and thickness
TRS is the first rose grading machine capable of grading by stem length and stem thickness. Roses for sorting are hung at a convenient working height on forks mounted in a conveyor belt. The optical system reads the shape of the rose and sends the data to the computer. Depending on the length and thickness of the stem, the computer sends the flower to the appropriate bouquet station. (The thickness of the stem is measured along the entire length of the rose).
Stations for forming bouquets
The basic standard model of the TRS machine comes with six bouquet shaping stations, but more stations can be added if required. This makes it possible to program several stations for bouquets of the same type or one station for different sizes, which reduces the number of stations.

Full automation
When the bouquet is formed, it is cut to the programmed length and tied with an elastic band, after which the automatic grabber gently transfers it to the table. Now the roses are ready for the next step. Thanks to a special design, the stacking tables are built in so that a minimum number of workers can easily service the stations. The TRS is the most accurate and efficient rose grading machine, combining the utmost care and processing speed. Your roses are perfectly presented on the market with a minimum investment of time.
Additional features
Setting different heights of the bouquet station
When working with different varieties, packing stations can be equipped with an automatic system for adjusting the height of knives and sheaves. Blades and sheaves are adjusted independently of each other when another program is selected.

Automatic measurement of bud opening
The latest digital signal processing (DSP) computer technology and other advanced technologies make it possible to measure the degree of opening of each rose using a special camera. Using the latest electronic and optical equipment, an image of each bud is formed, which undergoes precise analysis under computer control. The camera analyzes all the specific characteristics of the variety and, based on this, determines the degree of flower opening. The sorting machine is automatically adjusted to the final result: a rose of standard maturity in a uniform bouquet with the same stem length and thickness.
