The Color/Weight/Diameter sorter Cup is specially designed to sort easily damaged fruits such as apples, pears, peaches, avocados, mangoes, kiwis and vegetables like sweet peppers and tomatoes. The machine has a high capacity and is available in various models with 2 to 12 sorting lines and a maximum of 48 exits. The Cup sorter is equipped with the unique CS color measuring system and has a central sorting computer. This makes the Cup sorter the ideal centerpiece for a sorting system.
More than just a sorting machine
Wet and dry sorting systems fully comply with their specifications. This means that in addition to the sorting machines, the complete system includes large box receivers, case unloaders, product dehumidifiers, discharge conveyors and filling systems. If necessary, the sorting machine can be equipped with a pre-sorter with a conveyor and a receiving tray. It is also possible to use roller tracks for quality sorting. With such a wide range of equipment, Aweta can meet all the wishes and requirements of customers of sorting systems.

Aweta's electronics department has developed a central sorting computer specifically for the Cup color/weight sorter. He manages the entire sorting system and controls everything from the feed lines and conveyors to the speed of the equipment and, of course, the sorting process itself. Like Aweta's many other developments, the sorting central computer takes full advantage of the company's research and development efforts aimed at achieving "virtually required sorting process". The operation of the peripheral equipment associated with the sorting system is coordinated by the central sorting computer of the Cup sorter. It is also possible to connect a personal computer and a printer to the central sorting computer. This allows you to get an accurate view of daily totals, batch totals, per output data, and more. The central sorting computer can be easily connected to the office computer so that all data is transferred to your management system.
