INNOVATION IN THE DYNAMIC CONTROL SYSTEM(DCS ™ - Dynamic Control System)
When stored with the DCS системы system, the minimum possible oxygen level is determined during storage, instead of the established "safe" 1% oxygen. When the fermentation process (fermentation process) begins in the apple, the oxygen level automatically increases by 0.1%. With this method, the apple is stored in the best shape.
By means of special alcohol-forming systems, alcohol was determined manually, by cutting an apple and determining the presence of alcohol with the help of chemicals. After intensive collaboration with FBR Wageningen and EMS, the measurement of ethanol during storage is fully automated using an electronic ethanol analyzer and a measuring container in a storage chamber filled with apples. As a result, daily ethanol release can be measured. This process has become fully automated and as accurate as possible.

The Wageningen UR Research Institute, Food Biological Research (FBR), EMS and STOREX have worked closely together in recent years to develop automation for the DCS system. Many practical tests and studies have been performed.
Thanks to this work, a well-functioning system has been developed, which uses a progressive method of measuring ethanol. Ethanol is measured in a measuring container located in a storage chamber with fruit samples. As a result of constant monitoring of the condition of the sample, the system is under its own automatic control.
