Wet and dry sorting systems fully comply with their specifications. This means that in addition to the sorting machines, the complete system includes large container receivers, container unloaders, product dehumidifiers, discharge conveyors and filling systems.

Suitable for apples and pears. Water unloaders are used to unload containers into the water without damaging the fruit. There are different possibilities, depending on the type of fruit and the required capacity. These unloaders have a modular structure and flexibility. Standard water discharge, suitable for floating fruits such as apples. We also produce unloaders with container overturning, especially for a product that sinks, for example, a pear.
Quality control and drying
The apples float along the water channel to the outlet elevator, where they gently emerge from the water onto the pre-quality control table. The selected quality product can be dried on a drying conveyor using spiral brushes.
