20-hectare complex for growing roses

This is the most modern project according to the latest world technologies in the field of growing agricultural products in greenhouses with the most modern equipment and advanced energy-saving technologies.
There are no such projects in Ukraine yet.
Greenhouse 5m high, 8x4 increments, adapted to local geographic, climatic and other conditions.

The greenhouse is equipped with the following systems and equipment:
Ventilation is organized on both sides of the ridge to maintain a more precise and stable microclimate inside the greenhouse;

Upper (horizontal) shading. It performs two functions:
Energy saving - in winterSun protection - in summer;

side (vertical) screening, energy-saving;

Heating. Three heating circuits provide enough heat to compensate for heat loss during the col season;

One of the heating circuits (upper) also serves as a rail for additional equipment
Carts for harvesting;

  • Robot sprayer;

  • Racks of the end walls of the greenhouse are storm water and collect water from precipitation. This water is then collected in storm tanks, from where it is pumped into the rainwater basin;

The low-volume substrate is located in trays;

Drip irrigation is supplied to the substrate;

Then plants are planted in it;

with the help of drainage points, the quantity and quality of drainage are recorded (EC and PH)

artificial lighting was used in the greenhouse;

All processes in the greenhouse are controlled by the Priva industrial computer;

The project is equipped with two boiler rooms,

four boilers equipped with Zantingh burners, the so-called. “low NOX”, with low nitrogen content in emissions and with a wide range of flame control.

Each of them is equipped with a 2000m3 heat storage tank.

Economizers and units for supplying CO2 to the greenhouse are installed on two of the four boilers.

Here, in the boiler room, there is a comb with transport and mixing groups that deliver the coolant to consumers.

The project is equipped with two irrigation facilities, made in accordance with modern requirements for energy saving and environmental protection.

  

Irrigation solutions are prepared using two mixers

and served for storage in tanks (90m3 each)

Of which, then with the help of system pumps

 irrigated through irrigation lines

This allows you to very accurately maintain the parameters of irrigation solutions.
